Thumbs up Kusiak Leather

Before I start I just want to acknowledge those of you will be skeptical of what I'm going to say but, I give my word that I'm not affiliated in any way with Kusiak Leather.
I recently bought an LCP and then began a search for a leather, IWB holster for use on those days when I've got my pockets full of a lot of junk or the jeans with the small pockets. Anyway, I read a post here that mentioned Kusiak Leather and the guy was very happy with the holster and that made me take a look at the web site
He had the holster I needed and I ordered it thru the web site on a Saturday, then sat back and waited.
On Monday I got an email from Kusiak with the tracking number and telling me it had shipped out. I received it on Wed and took it out of the package. Next I got my LCP and attempted to holster it BUT, I had made a huge mistake, I forgot to inform him that I had installed the Crimson Trace laser guard and of course it wouldn't fit. I was really angry at myself for making such a stupid mistake but I knew I had to contact him and throw myself at his feet and ask for a laser model. He wrote back and said that he didn't make a model for the laser but not to worry because he was going out to his shop and make one for me. WHAT?? Did I read that right? Yes, he was making me a new holster. In addition, he said to just hang on to the box it came in and when he ships the new one he would include a shipping tag for sending the first holster back to him. I couldn't believe it, he was paying the shipping for my mistake. He didn't have to do that, but he did, I was very impressed with the way this guy handled my mistake.
Yesterday I got the new holster and here are a few pics so you can judge for yourself, but I can tell you from handling it that its a first class job. It retains the gun even when turned upside down and the leather is fantastic.

If you're looking for a holster and fantastic customer service give this shop a try, I did.

If I was you, I would be adding this guy to your Christmas mailing list.
Or at least, reimbursing his shipping .
Well made IWB.

Nice work! Also a good businessman to deal with his customers in such a professional manner. He should do well in a highly competitive marketplace. Thanks for the report.

I know this is old but I can't help but to laugh out loud. he didn't make you a custom holster, he sold you a SW BG holster which fits both.

HUMM, let me go behind the curtain and make one just for you. HEY JOE, THROW ME ONE OF THOSE BGs, THIS SUCKER THINKS I'M GOING OUT OF MY WAY FOR HIM...
