I just ordered a Bug Bite ankle holster last week, will let you know my thoughts when it comes in but it looks to be comfortable to me.

I have been eyeing the Bug Bite as well. It looks to be lightweight, comfortable, and I think it will stay put and not slide down your leg after a lot of walking.

I used a Desantis Apache for a few years. Carried a Glock 26 on my ankle over an 8inch boot at work. Worked well. But I ditched ankle carry. Holster was good and sturdy though. Stayed out in many foot pursuits and stood up to list of dry, hot and cold, wet days with at least 40 hour work weeks (usually a lot more) for over 3 years

More generally on ankle carry: I had read (on the internet, so it must be true) that certain CC guns are too big or too heavy for ankle carry. I had to see for myself, and found that an SP101 on each ankle in matching Galco ankle gloves is easy and comfortable. Ankle carry works well for me because I sit most of my day (in a car or at a desk). It also works well because I wear roper style boots anyway.
