I am interested in these grips also. Sorry, I have not shot a 1911 fitted with them so I have no 1st hand knowledge. They seem to get good reviews after the activation switch was re-designed a year or two ago. The lower price compared to the CTC offering make the Hogue laser grips attractive. I have long wanted to add a set to my Springfield Armory 1911. If you buy some be sure to post about fit and function on your gun. Good luck.

Thanks. I'm fairly certain I'm going this route. I'll post updates.

Well I got them installed, dialed in, and too the range. Like the feel and target acquisition is awesome. If you go with them I'd suggest bore sight instead of dialing them in by hand as I did.

Glad to hear they work well for you. They look good on your pistol. I think those finger grooves would give me better purchase on my 1911 than the slick, un-checkered metal there now. Thanks for posting a follow-up report.
