Many of us have the same thing going on...for me I don't really care but I've looked at many other SR9c's in gun shops...they all have the same wear on the trigger guard.

I have a kholster for my SR9c. They are having a great sale this week. Check this out:

Beginning Friday, November 26, 2010, All Kholsters will be just $35 DELIVERED! That’s over 25% savings with FREE SHIPPING! WOWsers!! But wait! There’s more! Every day after that, the price will go up a bit. That’s why we’re calling it the Crazy Turkey Count Up Sale! Will the price go up a little or a lot? Who knows?!

I recently came across his site. It looks similar to a Crossbreed SuperTuck, but with more adjustments. How has yours been riding?

You didn't cause it. They come like that. I imagine that is where they are connected to each other during the injection molding process or whatever they use. Then they zip the part off that connects them to the tree of other frames and buff it out.

You can see it on both of these guns.

It rides great. Problem is that it is so adjustable that one can spend hours playing. I like a lot of forward cant and wanted more of the gun below my belt line. Kholsters come with a fair amount of extra leather so the end user can trim as they wish. Doesn't void the warranty.

I used a sharp box cutting knife to trim the excess after I had stopped adjusting. Trimming is a piece of cake. Then I did a little buffing.

I haven't paid attention to IWB holster like those made by Crossbreed and Kholster and others. Does anyone know who was first? I did read one company's claim that they had them for sale before CB and Kholster. I'd have to dig up the name..

I called Ruger and they said that it's on EVERY one (although I've heard people saying it isn't on theirs) and that it's caused when when they separate the frame from the mold. I think that's pretty poor design...

My SR9c has the same exact mark, I think they sand away a seam with an emery cloth at the factory.

I have been using a Kholster for about 2 months and I love it.

The Blackhawk CQC Italian black leather holsters, size 2, made for Glock 9/40 fit the SR9 beautifully. Check em out...

For the moment I carry in the Fobus holster offered by the Ruger store but I have a Crossbreed Supretuck on the way.

Holster for SR9c

Are there any recommendations for a IWB holster, right hand cross draw?

I am considering a Garrett Holster, Silent Thunder IWB; Silent Thunder IWB Holster

I just bought a Silent Thunder for my FNP-9. It is a nice fitting well made holster. However, I find that the clip they provide (I have tried both their "Standard" and "Slimline" clips) is too narrow. The holster rocks too much on my belt to suit me. If the clip were 1-1/2" to 2" wide, I think it would be a great holster (YMMV).

I have a Gould & Goodrich 890 G27 IWB that I've been using (avatar). I'm not in love with it, but I haven't loosened it up yet, either. It just feels stiff and bulky. I am thinking of getting something different, but not really sure what. Probably something simple like an Uncle Mike's or Blackhawk. I also am considering a Bulldog Extreme or Blackhawk Serpa CQC for OWB.
