issue with no 1

I have a no 1. Its a beautiful gun and i love it. I took it apart to clean but not having issues... The whole action is locked up. I think the link kam is causing the issue. The lever and block have a bit of play but not either to close the action or to completely open it. The link has fallen out of the lever. Any ideas on how to fix the issue? I have taken every piece off the gun that I could.
