Can someone point me to a thread or website with good instructions on how to remove it? I did a search but couldn't find anything.
Also if anyone has done this, how hard/easy was it? Do I need any special tools other than punches?
Thanks.

| Here is a you-tube clip. You will need a hammer bushing from Sam Lam or Volquartsen to take up the space left from removing the mag disconnect.
There are lots of articles on this - just do a Goggle search.
I am going to be doing that plus a few other things to my MKIII Target as well as a new 22/45.

Need help.
I ordered a bushing, took out the mag disconnect and installed the bushing. Followed instructions Down to the T. I am very familiar with disassembly/reasssembly of the 22/45. However, when reassembling it, the Mainspring housing will not click back in (final step). Could I have screwed something up when putting in the bushing?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

When you say mainspring won't "click back" what exactly does that mean?
Did you mean the latch lever would not close? Or do you mean you cannot get the bolt stop to stay in the frame as you swing the mainspring housing closed?

R,
Bullseye | The latch lever will not close. I reassembled it the exact same way I always do.

Yep, that would do it. Be thankful it didn't latch because you may have had some fun getting it back apart again with the sear positioned like that.
