rear sight for ruger security six

I bought a ruger security six blue and need to replace the rear sight which is all messed up.
Where can i buy a replacement and what is the price of the rear sight? Is it hard to change the rear sight oneself? Thank you

Many of the sights are one of the same. The Blackhawk sight is the same as the GP-100, Super Blackhawk, Old Army, Security Six and Single Six. The Ruger parts department should be able to help you or perhaps someone here. The sights are easy to change. Unscrew the elevation screw and drive out the pin. Be careful to capture the springs underneath the sight in a plastic bag. They cost around $10 plus shipping. go to ruger's web site and look under the parts booklets for the Security Six.
