My Sr40 gets a lot of work and use at the ranges weekly. Most recently, I'm not sure how it happened, but i got a scratch on the back left of the SS slide right above the safety. Do anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

I use Mothers car polish and I heard Flitz is good also. I try to erase whatever "memories" I have on the gun
