How do I smooth out cylinder rotation of my GP?

Hi Guys,
I have a 3" GP that functions fine. Has B/C gap of .004" and almost no endshake.

This is my issue. When the cylinder is open and I attempt to spin the cylinder by hand, it doesn't turn smoothly. In fact, it will just turn a little then stop. Conversely, on my other 6" GP (with the cylinder open), the cylinder spins like its on on ball bearings. The 6-incher has been back to Ruger once for a tight cylinder rotation and they fixed it. It came back with a cylinder that functions super smooth, even when dirty.

How do I make my 3" GP's cylinder rotate smoother? Yes, there's nothing wrong with this revo. But I would like the cylinder to rotate smoother. Maybe this will help improve the double action pull.

I would appreciate your input.

Thanks in advance.

Try blowing some brake cleaner through the bearings, let dry, and then a drop or two of oil. The bearings and ejector rod are crud magnets.
