Another P345 question

Please don't get aggravated at me & all these 345 questions folks. I think I told you all that this is my first Double/Single action, & when it comes to learning & knowing, espically my own guns, I just cant get enough. OK, here we go.
1-) Replacement sights Fully adjustable rear, preferably night sights front & rear.I only see windage adjustable?
2-) Laser sights? I know Crimson Trace does not make any,
are there any other maker out there?
How about that rear sight I see advertised with a laser built into it? Anyone with any experience with them.
Really not interested in anything rail mounted, but you never know??? Thanks again.
Take Care & Be Safe.....
