Unhappy Problems at Brimstone

Brimstone has recently had a number of major problems which have delayed their ability to do trigger jobs on a timely basis. They advertise one week turnaround but After waiting 4 weeks for a trigger job on my Mini 14, my trigger group is still in La La land. After sending them several emails they informed me that there lead gunsmith was sick all week and many other employees could not come to work because of the weather. The said it was their busiest time of the year. Last week they emailed me that my trigger was shipped but the tracking info said that the package had not been delivered to USPS. I emailed them again and asked them to verify that my trigger had been shipped. Four days later they email me and tell me that they have a major problem. Apparently the postal service stopped picking up their triggers at their shop. Apparently had I not emailed them they would not have discovered the problem. I am NOT happy with their service. If I ever get my trigger from them I will report back on their gunsmithing ability. Their ability to manage a small business SUCKS.

That's why I NEVER rely on e-mail for any correspondence. One on one by phone or nothing.

I have 2 of his triggers and they're both terrific. I hope he gets these issues sorted out

Way to kick them while they're down. Sick employees, bad weather, and USPS problems... And they suck? Ease up.

Don't worry, your Mini will be back to spraying groups in no time

Think I would be a bit distressed also, lack of communication, 1 vs 4 weeks, even a perfect storm of bad luck.
