Mark IV Rear Sight

The rear sight "blade" on my new Mark IV Target is broken. I have a new V-Notch to replace it with. How does that sight blade come out?

OK. I got my Hi Viz/Rear V notch sight set from Ruger. After studying some on line instructions I installed it-easy peazy, IF you know how to do it. Now I get to "sight it in", the fun part. :-)
