Are there differences between the Super Redhawk and Redhawks other than the obvious frame differences? Can the SRH IBOK be used for the RH?

I thought I'd recalled seeing that SRH's had separate springs for the trigger and hammer.

Unlike the GP-100, SP-101, or Super Redhawk, the Redhawk's single spring tensions both the hammer and trigger. The Redhawk is the only gun in Ruger's lineup with this internal configuration."
