I really want a 1873 win in 500 s&w or 454, but will settle for a Marlin guide gun in 45-70. Then a good deal on a pistol cal lever action is on my radar, 44 mag, 45 colt, or even 357/38 lever gun. I have time to look for that good deal and snag a couple of these. I want to learn to do some custom work on lever actions. The history of these rifles and mechanics have me hooked. Be nice if Ruger came up with a cowboy action lever/single action combo.., yeah right

I have money saved so by the end of the year I can use the CMP program and but an M1A Garand!! Only thing now is if it will be .308 or 30/06?? Anyone want to help me decide?

A few pages back I said I was thinking of getting a Colt 1911 as my next gun.....well that fell through. I went ahead and purchased a Bushmaster AR15. But for sure the 1911 will follow.

I'm currently considering a Mini 14 Tactical (folding stock) to go with my P89.

If not the Mini, right away, I am eying a Thureon Defense carbine in either 9mm or .40S&W. Haven't actually seen one in person, though,

Just got it... M&P 15-22. Very nice in every way. Have not had a chance to shoot yet but will soon as the weather clears up.

Next on the list will either be and M&P Shield 9mm or a Sig P938 but is twice the price of the Shield. Still I love Sig hand guns.

I'm fairly content with what I have right now...but hoping the next pistol is a Ruger SR1911! I have kids with needs (eye glasses, dentist, winter clothes, etc.) that come first! We have a (mildly) autistic son...so special time with him has to be a priority as well!
