My Wife looks in on this forum from time to time...so I didn't buy an old model (1972) Super Blackhawk...I didn't buy a new model 4 5/8" Super Blackhawk and I certainly didn't buy a 357/9mm Blackhawk.....the original style (1999) Vaquero Bisley Stainless wasn't at the gunsmith and didn't come home last week....
I'm old and living on a fixed income of which there is none with CD's at 1% and hey....I hear the Government is going to solve all my problems so heck....I'm buying toys....also I sold a boat that was living in the marina a few years ago and I could buy 2 guns a month for the rest of my life and never catch up...my only fear with the government taking care of all my problems is if the "death panel" comes to the door to "evaluate me"...oh well.

A second hand Mini 30 ranch rifle a few years ago. Surprisingly, it's far more accurate than my stainless Mini 14 I bought brand new....maybe it was the ammo.

Bought new 10/22 compact paid for 8/8/12 picked up on 8/15/12.
Bought used Ruger Standard 9/1/12.

Bought a LC9 last November and got rid of it in May. Just did not like the the trigger! Still a fan of ruger firearms and do have several rifles and a LCP. Too bad the LC9 was a bust for me.
