Nope-
I collect, not sell Rugers...

But I did sell a S&W that I regret.
It was a M1917 .45 ACP revolver w/ 5" bbl. I bought it in the late '80s; it was a built-for-Brazilian use in the late 1930s. J&G Sales repatriated a lot of them in the '80s. I refinished it and added later model S&W grips. It was a good shooter. I sold it in 1991. The money I got for it didn't last long. I shoulda just washed some cars and mowed some lawns for the money...

My 6" S.S. Security Six. Sold it in 1982. Replaced it last week with the same model with a 4" barrel. What a tack driver.

Two in particular. First a 5 1/4" taper barrel target model that will probably not be made again.

Second, a 5.5" Redhawk in .44 Magnum on which my son and I collaborated on the action job. It is slick. The guy who bought it laughs at me when I ask about getting it back..

A 30 carbine cal. Blackhawk I bought brand new in 1969 while in US Army - stupidly let a in-law relative talk me into selling it to him a few months later while visiting his family on leave. Just learned that I may be getting that very revolver back after all these years!!!!!!

An OM Blachhawk in 41 Magnum I purchased new in 1968. It was one of two guns that I sold in 1971 to raise money for a wedding ring. I still have the girl, but I sure would like to have that OM 41 Mag back!

Years ago I sold a Ruger ultralight chambered in .270 Win. I had fired the gun only about 5 times and put no more than 20 rounds thru it. It was very light and very accurate. A friend of mine begged me to sell him the gun, so like an Idiot, I did. A few months after I sold it to him, he got rid of it because it kicked too much for him! I wish he would have asked me if I wanted to buy it back first. I would have bought it back in a heartbeat!
