Engraved Rugers

I don't own any engraved Rugers, but I engraved a few between '82 and '96.
Sorry for the poor quality pics...all 35mm back then before digital.
First up is a Ruger #1 I did for a custom rifle collector.

Here's the other side. Stan McFarland did the wood and this rifle made the '93 Burris scope catalog.

Next is a 12ga. Red Label #410-00775. It is one of the early blue models I did for a gun dealer.

Here's a Ruger #3 in .22 Hornet. I restocked it in Bastogne walnut. I think the stock came from Calico Hardwoods. Lots of detail in the gold inlays that the camera didn't pick up. I sold this one to a politician, U.S. House of Reps.

Here are a couple of Single-Sixes. I cut through the finish on the aluminum gripframe then inlaid silver wire in the steel parts to make it match.

This was a really cool gun. A 3-screw Superblackhawk cut down to 5 1/2". Brass gripframe, non-fluted cylinder, and ivories. Serial number looks like it is 6916.

I've engraved a few other Rugers. I'll post more pics when I find them. Thanks for looking. Gary
