I like my S&W 29, my Colt Anaconda, my Ruger Redhawk, and my two Ruger Super Blackhawks in .44 magnum. But for pure power, my S&W 460XVR has almost triple the power of the .44 magnum. It has the muzzle energy of a .308 out of a rifle, but from a handgun with an 8 3/8" barrel.
