Can't say I'd enjoy being shot by either one of those guns.

Ones like gittin hit with a really fast tri axle, the other is like gittin hit with a tractor trailer.

LOOSE LOOSE.

before the shift to semiautos 125 grain 357 had the highest stopping power of any handgun round look at the writings of Evan Marshall and Massod Ayoob. The 357 sig was created to get the stopping power of 125 grain 357 in a semi auto.

I wouldn't enjoy getting shot with a .22.

Both will. After carrying that .45 for almost a year, I'm getting ready to have my favorite gun dealer order me a Wiley Clapp SP101. Lighter than the .45, and I prefer wheel guns.

I have both an SP101 and Remington 1911 R1. They are both very reliable and I go back and forth as to which is my favorite. I decided to use one for SD at home and one for SD on my boat.

Kind of like apples and oranges, both are good but not the same. I prefer revolvers and the GP100 357 Mag is at the top of my list. And I am from Michigan so of course I prefer apples. But 45s and oranges are good too.

i love both but carry the .357 in an LCR for every day... the ballistics are just devastating on the .357

IMO having a gun is better than not having a gun. YMMV

Your hands are tougher than mine. Even 38SP in an LCR felt like a lot to handle. So 357 in an LCR would limit my practice. But 357 in my GP100 feels great. Think my grip on the LCR may be part of my issue.
