The first two Ruger Rimfire matches at Caswell Ranch were cold but had a lot of fun.
If you are in the area you need to try this!

Glad to hear it, more people should give this sport a try, skill sets carry over to other sports, improves hand eye coordination and transition speed, great for new shooters also.

Dean

That's cool. I'm hoping to find some competitions around here that use .22s. I can't afford the others. lol

This was just featured on Shooting Gallery on the outdoor channel tonight! Looks like a blast!

Hopefully it will make its way to Maine/New England. I may have to give it a shot (no pun intended).

Ruger Rimfire East Coast Championship.
We are at 6 guns from Ruger (great company), 2 from Caswell Ranch, and was told $2,000 worth from another company (will be named when confirmed).

July is just down the road, all you Ruger fans out there should give the rimfire matches a try and support Ruger in this venture.

We have 6 guns from Ruger, 4 from Caswell Ranch and the $2,000 worth noted above is from Nordic, guns will be given by random draw.

Great to see the .22 being used for fun competitions.

The cost of shooting a .22 is so much less than a centerfire that it makes it very affordable.

Hope this grows in popularity.

Dean, if I were in your neck of the woods I would gladly attend, sounds like fun. I may have to see if something like that goes on in my area, thanks.

Texas match was May 8th (yep,I know Texas is a big place), keep an eye on www.teamrimfire .com for series info. I can now add Brownells along with Hogue and Midway USA to the list of sponsors, Thanks.

The Ruger Rimfire East Coast Championship rocked! Thanks so much for an incredible match - this event was absolutely top-notch in every aspect (stage design, vendors, prizes, volunteers and staff, food, venue, participants, etc.). Can't wait for the next one.
