What an excellent pair. Those fixed sight low-back Security Six's are pretty rare.

Very nice pair it made me take a close look at the box mine came in which I noticed someone had written a date of 1-22-87 and initials, thought it was purchased about 3 or four years earlier than my memory serves. It looks like the 4" you show with adj. sights, on the box it says " Ruger RDA-34-H Security-Six .357 magnum cal-adj. sights 4" bull bbl" this was on the outer box.
I never thought about these having "bull" barrels if the box is correct, don't see anything in the manual about that.
Just wondering.
Again that is a sweet pair of sixes, hope you enjoy them. They are really fun to run 38 spls thru as well.

Lc45:

The first gun above is an RDA-32 2.75" barrel with adjustable sights...still relatively scarce in a low back.

The Second gun is an SDA-34 4" barrel with the fixed sights.

There is no mention on these boxes regarding having a "Bull barrel" as these guns were too early to have had this heavy barrel.

Please correct me if you weren't referring to my above two gun boxes? Also thank you for your compliment on these two Sixes!
