Can you take a course and become a "School Resource Officer" I feel that about 10% of the staff should be so equipped.

I am currently strapped to my S&W Shield in a Desantis Soft tuk holster. Thats all the weight my shorts will hold.

Due to the no firearms policy at the hospital I work at I do not have a firearm on me at the moment, but when I get into my truck for the ride home I put on a Ruger SR9

SR9c in OWB Fobus and Kel-Tex P3AT in front pocket. One spare mag for each.

I may be a little bit overarmed right now. I'll probably lose the Kel-Tec when I get back into the house.
