Congratulations... according to the easily available 3M Mask Selection Guide we were all wrong, according to these specs you should settle for no less than N100 when dealing with Lead. Bottom of Page 69 in the document.

See now that wasn't so hard. Your sarcastic word choice doesn't at all hurt my feelings. Actually makes it an enjoyable read. Thanks for that N100 info. I wasn't aware of the N95 rating before creating the thread. Thanks for the info. :thumbup:

Try the mask, after all the shooting see if you get any gun smoke film. Lead should be less of a problem then powder / prime smoke. I have seen some brands of ammo leave mess all over you from unburned powder.
