S&W3913 9mm with Zombi Max ammo, I know it is the same as critical defence but I just like the anti Zombie rounds better. I carry strongside IWB.

I just learned this lesson yesterday. With bird hunting starting next week, we invited two of my sons friends, ages 11-13, over to shoot skeet in some fields behind the house. After shooting all of our ammo one boy went out to pick up any clay we didn't hit. "Look at the moose!" he yelled. Not 50 yards from him was a 700-800 lb. bull. This time of year is their rut so they can be aggressive. He was posturing and could have closed the gap in a couple of seconds."Everyone in the truck" I said. Here I am with no ammo, my 30-30 and .223 are home and what's worse is I left my Glock 26 home because, after all, I'm home. Big mistake.
He started towards us when our two black labs spotted him and saved the day.. He wasn't gonna mess with all that.
I should have been carrying.

I carry a few different guns.

At work, I have the G17 on the belt and a G26 concealed.

Outside of work, I have my Colt Defender just about ready to take the place of the G26. Once my new UBG Holster comes in, it will be on my hip whenever I'm not at work.

Funny to see this popping up. It's been running for almost 3 years.

Back then I had just bought an SR9c. After a trip back to Ruger it went into the safe.

Replaced it with a Sig P239 in 9mm. (bottom)

Too big for pocket carry, so added an LCR, but after a trip back to Ruger..into the safe.

Replaced it with a Sig P238 (middle), but the Manual of Arms was so different from the P239 I went to a more similar P290. (top)

I alternate between the two, but the 239 only gives me 1 additional round, so I may just settle on the P290 with extended mag.

My how things can change in 3 years.

It's great. Got it a week ago Thursday before I left for vacation. Ran 150 rounds through it without a hiccup, all of it carry ammo and ran it through a qual with ball ammo so I would be under policy to carry it when I get my holster. Think I'm going to hit the desert Tuesday to put another 200 rounds through it

Cool. I think it's a very underrated gun. I've got about 500 rounds through mine now without a hiccup. Although I did find it's not real happy about running standard 1911 mags. I just received some more Defender mags from Midway. Good price and great service. They arrived a day early!

TimN is an unknown quantity at this point
Either a Bersa Firestorm 1911 45 ACP.

Makarov CZ-82 9x18 Honaday XTPs.

Makarov CZ-82 converted to .380 loaded with Hydro shocks.

Makarovs make great guns to leave in the vehicle as backups
