I've started using a N82 Tactical (Nate Squared) IWB Pro holster with my Ruger SR9c. They use molded polycarbonate instead of Krydex. The leather is really supple and they sew a layer of neoprene between the inner and outer leather to prevent any body moisture from contacting the firearm. I can carry with shirt untucked with absolutely no printing or shirt tucked with a vest or jacket over the top. I also carry a .380 Sig P238 in a pocket holster. First rule of a gunfight...'Bring a gun, preferably two guns'.

Here's a picture from their site. Looks like it's got an LC9 in it. RUGER « |

I have a N82 for my LC9. It's quite comfortable. I have the flat bases on my magazines to keep the lines smoother.

I carry IWB, leather holster. Typically my only mode of carry, although sometimes I throw the LCP into my pocket, but most of the time it's an additional gun.
At work, I mostly see people carrying IWB (mostly without a holster too...) occassionally in a pocket, but mostly tucked at around high noon IWB. I did run into one guy carrying a full size Glock 40 (stolen) IWB in basketball shorts and he was able to run from us without his pants falling or dropping the gun. I was impressed, and glad it stayed in his pants.

I answered leather iwb as that is how I carry the majority of the time. However, I do have other carry options that I use depending upon attire and occasion.

At one time or another I've used them all. Now it"s usually pocket with a Nemisis for my
.380. Otherwise it's OWB in a pancake with my SP101.

I haven't used any IWB in leather because I'd destroy them with sweat. The synthetic materials are much easier to dry out and keep clean. There aren't enough days cold enough to justify wearing a shoulder rig and a jacket. Ankle holsters are out most of the time because I'm wearing shorts. I do occasionally pocket carry, but only my P-238, like others I find my j-frame Airweight too bulky for pocket carry. Because the leather holsters are more expensive, I'm still looking for the ideal OWB leather holster, I currently have three synthetic paddle holsters that I find very comfortable.

OWB, non-leather. Because I only have one. But I practice with what I have, every day- drawing, switching off safety, aim, squeeze, then re-holster.
I should being going to my CCW class in a few weeks, once I raise the $. Then, I'll play the waiting game.
