Pistol Wear Trump Card holster

Anybody try one of these? Pistol Wear - Holsters for Concealed Handguns I would get one to wear under the arm to conceal under a dress shirt. Tuckable holsters just seem so cumbersome, plus you still have the belt clips showing.

I have an ultracarry holster designed to be worn under the arm (Ultra Carry Standard Concealed Carry Holster) but the strap and larger gun pouch of the pistol wear one looks like it might offer a little more secure platform. Plus it could double as a waist band cross draw holster if I desired that.

You may get away with that rig as a BUG, but NOT a primary. What you gonna do in a fight,,,,,start peeling off your clothes so you can fetch a gun?

My opinion purely, some of this stuff sold today is just plain useless. Your mileage may vary.

I have one of their belly band holsters, officially it's a PT-2 model and I wear it while I exercise walk with my LCR. It holds the LCR completely, does a great job retaining it and the holster stays in position for my 4+ mile walks. I wear my T-shirt out and if the wind is in my face it will print the grips on my shirt. I am looking to purchase a set of boot grips off the Ruger web site.

I am pretty positive about the rig as I wear it against bare skin and it doesn't chafe, I sweat it up pretty good and it quickly dries.

If this works I would replace the top couple of buttons on my shirts with little round velcro thingies and sew the buttons onto the outer layer of the shirt. In that way the shirt is actually held closed with velcro while appearing to be buttoned. That would allow quick one handed access.

And even if I didn't have that, if I was in need of getting it quickly I would just rip the shirt open and let the buttons fly. What are a few buttons in an emergency? Anyway, I would think access to the gun in this manner would not be any more cumbersome or slower than if you had to untuck in order to get to it on your hip.

Doesn't look to me like you can get to the gun rapidly, and then you have to dig around trying to get a proper grip and draw. Not my cup of tea.

i don't know about the first link...

but the second one looks like it could be useful in certain situations... looks like it fits and holds the gun better. i would limit it to LCR or LCP/PAT3 type "light" guns.
