IWB holster for SR9c

I'm on the hunt for a well-made, comfortable, and affordable IWB holster for my SR9c. I would like for the holster to be as thin as possible, but still durable. I prefer leather but I'm not limiting myself to that. I need suggestions, anybody got any that can help me? Thanks.

jdrancher,
I just picked up a DeSantis Insider. It is a thin, leather holster. I picked mine up for under $25 at my local hunting supply store. I cannot speak to the points of well-made or durable as I have only had it for a few days. From what I have seen, DeSantis makes a good product though. hope this helps.

Galco makes very good holsters if you want a production rig. The choices are too many to list, but I urge anyone to look into Little Bear Custom Leather. Dave and Jim build amazing custom rigs and guarantee satisfaction with free replacement. It was a meager beginning but thanks to Law Enforcement, local military, close
I have 4 of them.

I just picked up a Desantis pro stealth from a place by me. It was 38, but I liked it more then the others they had. I only wore it around my house last night to see how it felt, but I've liked it so far.

Just be sure not to get one of the cheap IWB that uses a metal clip to slip over the belt for retention. Those holsters have a bad rep for coming out with the gun on a draw. Get one that uses belt loops or leather with snaps for retention on the belt. I quit using holsters with the metal clips years ago after several failures while drawing the weapon.
I was glad it happen on the range and not during a violent confrontation.

I use a Comp Tac Minotaur for my SR9c. It's a leather/kydex combo and is very comfortable.

I've been wearing the Mitch Rosen with my SR9c for about a month now. It rides close to my body and very comfortable. Still looking for an IWB for my GP100.

I looked at the mitch rosen, but, I think I really want an IWB. Just seems to make sense to me for concealing a little better.

I got my sr9c about a month and a half ago, decided to get the crossbreed supertuck deluxe. It took about 2 weeks to come in from the time I ordered it. After about a day of breaking it in, it is the most comfortable iwb hoster ever. They also have a lifetime warranty. I couldnt ask for more.

Hello all, I have a quick question maybe someone can answer. I just bought my new SR9c last night and taking it to the range this weekend. Can't wait to break her in. Since this will be my carry gun, I want a good set of night sights. My question is, does anyone have the XS big dot front sight on their SR9c, and between that and a Loaded chamber indicator (popped-up) what CC holster works with this setup? Seems like holstering the gun, you might run into issues between the big front sight and the chamber indicator?

Dave...

I'm really leaning toward the crossbreed supertuck deluxe for my IWB holster (I'm pretty close to the crossbreed headquarters and didn't even realize it). I have read some really good reviews on it. Anyone else have experience with using one?
Dave - I don't have any experience with the sights you are talking about, maybe someone else will. I know they do sell night sights for the sr9c on shopruger.com. Also, I haven't had any holstering issues with mine being holstered and loaded with the indicator popped up.
