I think he goes one a day on a three week rotation

My EDC is an LC9 carried IWB at the 5-6 o'clock position. On the rare times I can't carry it (read "shirt has to be tucked in") once or twice a year, I pocket carry an old Iver Johnson Safety Automatic revolver 2" barrel 7 shot .22lr loaded with CCI Stingers.

Sig P320, full size or sub-compact. Just got the sub-compact and it conceals like a dream!

I always carry my Sig Sauer P938 9mm in a Ted Blocker pocket holster. I carry it most of the time as a BUG. When I work out at the gym or do yardwork, it is my only carry.

Most of the time in local urban areas, I carry a Colt or Dan Wesson 5" 1911 in .45 ACP or 10mm OWB in a D.M. Bullard Combat holster @ 3:00 o'clock with a spare magazine @ 9:00 o'clock.

If I visit the big city or remote rural areas and want more capacity, I usually carry a Glock G40 10mm or a Glock G35 40 S&W in a pancake style holster with two or more spare magazines.

When I carry concealed in areas with potential cougar or black bear encounters, I carry a 4" S&W 29-2 .44 magnum in a pancake style holster with two speed loaders.

When I open carry, it is often my 4" Colt Python .357 magnum. When I open carry or hunt in the woods, it is often an 8" Colt Anaconda .44 magnum, a 6 1/2" Ruger Blackhawk 50th Anniversary .44 magnum, a 10 1/2" Ruger Super Blackhawk.44 magnum, or a 7 1/2" Ruger Super Redhawk .454 Casull. The long barrel revolvers are carried in a cross draw chest strap holster.

I guess that is one opinion, whereas the other is 1911s are for carryin AND shootin.

I carry a Glock 42 either in my corset holster or my thigh holster (skirts).
Very nice for concealing.

Ruger American Compact 9mm or LCRX 3" .38; both in IWB at 5 o'clock. Both comfortable.
Occasionally a full size 1911 in an NRA IWB holster; not good for sitting and really only concealed in colder weather. I have found that holster works really well for wife's new Springfield range officer compact and that is lots more comfortable

If too hot for that, I borrow my wife's LCP or P938 for pocket carry

About 95% of the time I pocket carry a 642 J-frame or a Sig P320SC 9mm. If it's not one of those two I carry a full size semi-auto OWB at 4:00.

I'm still checking my options for concealed carry but am close to purchasing one of those tactical vests with two gun pockets. I can use the holster that the XDs 3.3" 9mm came in until I can afford something else and then use the holster that comes with the vest for the other.

I've been carrying an SR9c in a custom leather IWB holster or an Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3 holster, depending on how I'm dressed.

Recently added a Sig p938 Equinox to the mix and have been carrying in a borrowed DeSantis pocket holster (front pocket) or the included OWB Sig clip holster, but I'm waiting on a Remora 2-in-1 holster I ordered that can be used for pocket or IWB.

I love my SR9c, but I have a bad low back and decided I need to try something smaller that I could pocket carry. I came across a phenomenal deal on the Sig and couldn't pass it up, but I really wish Ruger made a little 1911-style gun like the p938. The LC9s is still bigger and doesn't fit as well in a pocket - plus, it kicks more than the Sig.

I've gotten spoiled by the convenience of pocket carry so it's almost always my LCR 38. Used to be my Beretta Pico 380 but I shoot the LCR better, much bigger grip. It's light & reliable & I get it out of my pocket slightly quicker than getting my SIG out of my IWB holster. Pair of speed loaders on my belt. Winter I carry 2 LCRs, one in each jacket pocket. I've looked at several small 9MM for pocket carry & keep defaulting to my LCR. I prefer a true DAO with double strike capability & that pretty much limits me to the SIG P290RS, which I really like but it's 7 ounces heaver & if I go IWB I may as well carry my P250. I've carried my full sized SIG 45 & Taurus .357 in my inside jacket pocket in winter but it takes a bit longer to pull them out & nanoseconds count sometimes.

Normally my AO 1911 in a Sam Hanks holster at 4:00. Occasionally I will carry my .32 Colt Hammerless Pocket Pistol.

I agree 1911 was a good year. My Colt Vest Pocket 1908 25ACP was built in 1911. Pocket and ankle are my most common carry locations.

Ruger SP101 in .327 Fed Mag

S&W Model 57 in .41 Mag

A pair of HKS speed loaders for what I'm carrying...better to have and not need, than need and not have.
