I agree, this works for me as well.

My EDC for the last three years is a Springfield Armory XDS 3.3, .45 ACP...

(I got tired of waiting for an SR45c to come out)

I rotate between semi-auto and revolver mostly based on my wardrobe: suit and tie - Beretta 92 Compact 9mm; jeans and boots - Ruger Speed-Six .357 Magnum. One dilemma is when I wear cowboy boots with my tuxedo (this IS Texas, y'know). I also try to coordinate my belt, holster, & shoes. If there's gunplay, it's bad form for your leather to clash.
