Since I live in a state with all four seasons, I rotate carry guns depending on what I'm wearing. Mid summer I'll carry an LCP in an IWB holster. Fall and spring I'll carry an SP101 or a compact FNS 40 cal in an OWB holster under a light coat or flannel shirt. During winter months all bets are off and I'll carry anything I like under my Carhartt. Today it was a 6" S&W 686+ when I took the dog for a walk.

Semiauto is primary at work and revolver is the BUG. Off duty the BUG becomes the primary

Me 3, or 4.

My CC / EDC sidearms are ALL CZ 75 series, all decockers, all with the same #13 mainsprings, so the triggers are the same. I even have the same TruGlo TFX sights on all three so the POA/POI is the same.

I don't believe in multi-platform carry rotations instead I use two different size guns in the same platform.

I started with DA/SA guns in .380 and .45acp then I went to DAO in 9mm and .380acp, now it's a G-23 and a soon to be purchased LCPII.

Woods gun .45Blackhawk.

I carry a snub nosed revolver as my EDC. Probably 75% of the time it's a S&W 642 in the strong side front pocket in a Simply Rugged pocket holster. For 20% I carry the 642 in a Pistol Wear belly band while I exercise walk and the last 5% an SP101 in a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB holster. At home I typically do not carry but the SP101 or GP100 are never far away.

When I owned a GP100, I would switch between my SR1911 and the GP100. I sold the GP100 and bought a RAP in .45. Now I carry the 1911 in the fall/winter and the RAP in spring/fall. I guess that's all the rotating I do now.

May to October it's a SP-101 in .357, the other cooler six months it's an Ultra CDP in .45acp.

Brian, you really need to get something smaller to carry on the "Wing"...

Depends on mood and mission. This time of year (Winter) bumming around my property and adjacent woods or out and about wearing a Carhart vest, I carry my S&W 629 Mtn Gun or my 4 5/8" SBH in Simply Rugged holsters. When the weather warms up or I need to look respectable I'll carry either a 1911 or VP9 IWB. I have smaller autos and snubbies, they're cute and my wife likes them.

I've carried for almost forty years, so don't try this at home.

Glock 19 day in day out.
No need for any rotation for me.
It's not my favorite pistol that I own, but it's the one that I bet my life on.

My carry guns are either striker fired autos (with no thumb safety) or revolver. I own other types but don't carry them for defense.

At work, I actually carry both types....together...

When not at work, I pick what I'm in the mood for, or feel the need to carry. I have decades of experience with both platforms and have no worries about how they shoot for me.

Everyone is different. Some people have a hard time getting to know more than one firearm and for others it comes naturally. I conceal carry between several different firearms depending on where I am going, what season it is, and what I am wearing. Mostly revolvers but I do have one striker fired 9mm that gets carried just as much. I train with all of them and shoot each one to the point I am very comfortable handling in the dark, or one handed. I feel comfortable because they are mine and I know exactly how they function. All feel like an extension of my arm and each is reliable. A S&W J frame, a K frame snub, L frame snub, Speed Six, Charter Bulldog, and Walther P99. My other firearms are range and hunting guns and don't get carried on a daily basis.

Normal carry is Ruger LC9s Pro. When weather is warm and/or I'm lazy, I switch to Ruger LCR in pocket carry.

I see a lot of the same type comments. I normally carry my LC9s, but occasionally, just so I don't find myself regretting buying it, I carry a 642. The LC9s is actually easier to carry concealed in either my front right pocket (DeSantis pocket holster) or in my OWB Galco holster. Its thinness makes it easier to carry than the thicker cylinder of the snubbie, and I have just as much confidence in 9mm as I do 38 Special +p. Having 8 rounds instead of 5 also helps give the nod to the LC9s most of the time.

If open carry were legal, I would likely carry that way just for comfort and convenience and to be able to keep my shirt tucked in. But my carry gun if that were the case would likely be my Glock 17 with 17+1 and no need for a second magazine.

Like wearing solids or stripes, it all depends on my mood. I have three guns for that role, I've owned all of them for years and am more than familiar with them.
