Check out Low County Preserve

Another place you can check out is Low County Preserve.

We vacation at OIB every year. My Bro-in-Law took us there last year and it was fantastic.

Best of luck with the move

I moved across the river to escape tax poverty and NJ's stupid laws.

I did get a carry permit, but the area I live in is pretty low threat, and I've yet to carry anything except for walking in the woods. Coyote pest eradication, PA bears know all about people. When they see you, they run.

The difference between NJ and PA is you don't know who IS armed, and that makes people more careful. And polite.

True, I live in a mostly polite area as well, no real issues ever, but I look at my firearm I carry the same as a fire extinguisher. Its a tool. I would rather have it and not need it, then need it and not have it. Why I trained my wife in its use and she is also packing.

Also don't forget that as you stated you don't kmow who is armed, and that makes people more careful and polite. For this same reason you do not know who is dangerous, a threat or worse, thats the reason to carry ccw.

I can't argue with that.
