Looks like a good belt and I may have to get one.
As for me, I wear mine everyday...all day. I can't carry at work. I do carry to work and lock up in my safe box in the car while at work. Wear the belt while at work and everywhere else. Fact is that it has been the only belt that I have worn. I love it. It is showing minor scuffing but nothing that looks to be any damage. Chances are I could give it a cleaning and it would look new. I recently added Alien Gear mag holsters to my EDC. I still had room in the belt to run IWB. The thickness of my belt I believe does help lock my holsters in place. The belt is worth every penny.
As for TSA I couldn't tell you. Haven't done any traveling as of late. I know that they pulled me into a room 3x when I was traveling while wearing my kilt. Not sure what they thought they would find under my kilt other then "me". LOL

Excellent post on good carry belts. I too have enjoyed a couple of different belts built like tanks designed for the ultimate gun carry duty. One belt uses the steel lined option while the other uses kydex lined material. Both are extremely over built and there will never be any sag or belt stretch over the life span. Here is a photo of the steel lined one.

Several weeks ago I ordered two belts from Hanks. The style is the "everyday" belt in black and brown and with black buckles.

I received them a week ago and one has already developed a quality control problem. I called Hanks and spoke to Jen who answered the phone and was super nice and immediately sent me two replacement belts and a postage paid return bag to send the others back.

Upon closer inspection, the replacement belts were definitely different than the ones I received the first time. The new ones are better made so something got through quality control with the first ones.

For an under $50.00 belt, I couldn't be happier. Style is good, quality is on par and I'm very happy with these belts.

I wore a Hank's belt before I got the Bigfoot. After about a year, the Hank's belt is all out of shape, and I haven't been carrying a weapon. I'm hoping the Bigfoot belt will hold up longer.

I will give Bigfoot a try, the two heavy duty belts I purchased were 11oz and $48.00, they both have to be synched so tight, almost cutting off circulation to my legs to keep them from sagging with my SR40c or SP101

good shoulder holsters.
I went the shoulder holster route also for my P94.....couldn't bear carrying a full size gun on my belt. The triple k shoulder holster works well.
