When I get out of bed, a Sig P238 HDW .380 AP goes in my pocket from the nightstand. If I go out of the house, I add a full size gun and spare magazines. I put my carry guns on the nighstand when I go to bed. Currently, I have the Sig in my pocket with a spare magazine in my watch/change pocket. My carry gun today is a 1911 Kimber Super Carry Custom .45 ACP with a spare magazine.

I've never carried multiple guns, but I guess I could. My nightstand has my carry gun and two others that I rotate; the Sig P238 and my SR40c. Holsters and loaded magazines and flashlights are there, too. Plus four dachshunds on my bed that go off on the slightest abnormal sound. I figure I'm as prepared as I'm going to get.
EDIT: Forgot to mention my EDC is a 3" Colt Defender 1911 in .45.

live in the country and don't carry but have one stashed somwhere in every room. I do grab one when stepping outside to meet strangers who pull up or answering the door.

Not normally, but it's never a step or two, or a long reach away.

I don't carry in the house... I might shoot someone. But there is a gun in every room.

In the house, I'm never more than a few steps from either my .357 or my shotgun. If I'm outside on my property, the GP100 is in my pocket or a owb holster. Like right now (smoking a cigar on the front steps).
Unfortunately, no ccw for citizens here in the People's Republic of NJ, so it never comes with unless I'm going to the range.

Do you carry IN your home?
| No. If there is one place where I should able to be at ease, it is in my home. If you can't be comfortable there, then where can you be? I'm not strapping any gun to my sweatpants, or tucking one into my pajamas, etc.
The upper unit in my duplex is unlikely to be broken into without me immediately knowing about it, and I have quick access to my gun(s) if need be. However, if I felt someone was really gunning for me, or if I was in LE or the FBI or something, that would be a different story.

Every minute that I am awake and dressed. Inside my house or outside. At work and at play.
