When I carried mine in my store I used a pocket holster from Kraemer and it worked fine but I am a heavy guy and always wore loser cut pants like Dockers.

SP101 DAO w/2.25" barrel

Remora IWB
Alabama Holsters Offside IWB
TT Gunleather "Mike's Special" IWB

With any one of the above holsters and Badger boot grips, I can fully conceal, under just a simple untucked tee shirt.

My 2.25" SP 101 rides the left hip OWB in a Simply Rugged pancake as back-up to the primary starboard side Ruger 1911.

SP101 2.25"... Remora IWB has my vote, carried about 2 o'clock (ish). A loose fitting shirt and a decent belt keeps it in place and well hidden.

Just received my new SHTF Gear holster!
It's a hybrid kydex/leather IWB, and I got the leather belt loop attachments with it.

Looks to be high quality, with adjustable ride height and cant angle.....
Look for a full report, with pics, very soon!

Me too. My holster is a Galco Scout. I appendix carry mine. I am 6FT and weigh around 180LBS. I wear jeans and tee shirts most all the time.

Bullhide belt and Bianchi leather holster for my 3" SP101. It rides comfortably tight to my body.

Rob Leahy "simply rugged"

I have a 3.1" SP101 in .327 Fed. I used to have the same revolver in .38 SPL, but I sold it quite some time ago. I've always liked the longer barrel SP101s.

Mine has a set of crimson trace laser grips installed (since I've broken the rear sight previously! ) and is DAO with a bobbed hammer. When I carry it, I use a "simply rugged" horsehide "silver dollar pancake" holster that can be worn IWB or OWB. I tend to use it OWB with a cover garment. My wife warns me periodically that it prints while I'm riding a bicycle. I've used a "safe packer" type full flap holster for it, but eventually the strap wore out and I haven't re-sewn it just yet. This safe packer was great on long car trips, since it fits nicely onto the seat belt of the vehicle.

Most of the time my 3 inch SP101 rides in a Tommy Theis IWB holster at 430.

White or very light colors in Tee's or Polo shirts tend to print more that dark or designed shirts. I have the Cross Breed and Rob's pancake worn either in or outside the pants.
Make sure the shirt fits loose with tail in or out.
