Gander Mountain Ammo Club?

I just noticed on Gander's site that you can sign up for "ammo club" and supposedly get "first alert" emails on ammo arrivals by stores. Anyone ever done this, and did it do any good? I signed up , but I notice they don't ask you to list specific stores or calibers.--Bob

I saw it--Thank you. Passing again. Can't keep buying 1000 every time I shoot 150. Just got back from the range and shot 50 mini-mags and 100 Federal bulk with my 22/45. Had several FTL's with the Federal. Might have to start carrying a q-tip and wiping off my feed ramp at mid-session. Feed ramp looks totally black right now--Bob

I would have guessed living on Pluto.

For those of you who don't know how long that is, the answer is 248.09 Earth years.

Sound about right 303??

Here's the link for the ammo club (for those who didn't see it in the other post) instead of signing up for it and receiving emails every week just bookmark it and check back weekly!

Thanks for that link. Not too specific, but at least it gives you some idea of what they're getting.

Weekly Alert?? I am checking everyday. I have been able to find everything I need in box stores and LGS lately for centerfire. Met a guy who went to a gun show this weekend and he said they had lots of .22 cal...$60 per brick. Yah, I'll jump on that...NOT.

I think they should have weekly ammo alerts when they are going to post ammo online because I never go to the store. They never have anything anyways!

On top of seeing overpriced ammo we also have to pay to get inside to see it at the guns shows around here. Guess that is why its been ten years since I went to one.
