Brick vs Box vs Pack

When I grew up a brick of 22's were 50 in a box with ten boxes in a brick. But what do we call the loose value packs? Are they still bricks? Or are they boxes or packs?

Well after all these years having shooting and hoard categories has moved me from "nutty" all the way to "frugal" in the wife's opinion. Just a bummer it took her almost 30 yrs for her to see the light.

Let me tell you a story young man. You may not believe this but, back in the day you could actually buy .22 bullets in bricks, or value packs as some folks used to called em. That's when you could buy'em in more than 50 or a 100 at a time. They was 500, 525, and sometimes 550 bullets , all in the same box. This ain't no bull#$&% story either, it's the truth!

I don't believe that for a second. Next you will try telling us you could buy a case of these bricks and have them shipped to your doorstep in a week.

That is the beginning of a country song. Just throw in some lines about a lost dog and your pickup truck and it will be a hit.
