I ordered 8 boxes of .380 ACP from Palmetto State Armory...4 boxes of RWS sportline 95gr FMJ and 4 boxes of CCI Blazer Aluminum 95 gr TMJ. UPS delivered a few weeks ago but there was only the 4 boxes of RWS
I immediately called PSA and spoke with Brian in Customer Service. I explained what happened, provided the weight from the shipping label which helped confirm missing ammo, and he assured me it would be taken care of. Later that night I received an email confirmation from UPS with a scheduled delivery from PSA. Brian did what he said! Considering the ammo shortage I wasn't exactly sure what he sent though. Two days ago I received my delivery and instead of the CCI Blazer Aluminum they substituted Blazer Brass. So instead of making me wait for CCI Aluminum, which may not be back in inventory for quite some time, they gave me an upgrade so they could ship immediately.
PSA and Brian looked out for their customer. That is the kind of customer service missing from so many industries today. I will be purchasing from them in the future
