Winchester sold the metals Division to Global Brass a few years ago. Still the same plant, machinery and people as it was when Winchester owned it.

The ammo in the pictures I bet came out of the new plant, not the East Alton plant.

101 rounds is very common. The unofficial record was made by my brother in law ten years ago. He crammed 112 rounds into a box and put it on the line after the scale. It would not have passed the scale since the box was too heavy.
