My LGS gave me a couple of boxes to try out in my SR762.

They're 150 grain.

I have used aguila pistol ammo in 38 spec 9 mm 45 acp and a handful of other calibers. The ammo is reliable and accurate.

I don't have a 7.62x51 so I haven't tried that loading, but I have been very happy with the Aguila .22LR High Velocity, 9mm and .45 ACP.
