That is one thing that carries many warning WRT aluminum cases - they are not recommended for reloading....

I've shot 1,000's of rounds of CCI Blazer in several guns. From 25acp to 45acp. Runs great for me. My SS CB Commander doesn't like it at all. Other 1911's, just fine.
The Federal is the same stuff.

CCI Blazer aluminum case 9mm runs fine in my SR9c (and every other pistol I've used it in). The Federal aluminum case .45 works fine in my SR1911.

I'm sure I will buy some of the $10/box aluminum case 9mm if I ever see it at my local WM (sells out very quickly).
Hi point comes to mind lol

My Ruger P95 and SA XD-9 Sub Compact both eat them like candy. No problems.

Aluminum case ammo from Federal didn't creat any issues for my sr40c, again the only issue is they can't be used for reloading. Also price is $5.00 roughly lower than brass at wally world for 50 fmj 180gr

I don't have an SR9 but have used it in my P89DC without any problems what so ever. My Beretta 92FS on the other hand didn't work well at all with it.

I thought I would find you here I think he was referring to the original comment that it should only be used in locked breech guns which I did not understand either, but lately I just leave the thread instead of commenting.

I never shot any in a Ruger, but I used CCI aluminum cased 9mm all the time in IDPA. Both my CZ 75s ran just fine with it.
